Best "Core" Workout Ever!

For "extra helpings," try these modifications:

  1. Deflate the tire.

  2. Put on the brake.

  3. Make sure the mulch is wet, i.e., water-logged.

  4. Any combination of the above.

  1. I have done this workout on more than one occasion. If it proves inadequate, dig an in ground pond and build a berm on the opposite side of the hard. Add flat tire, moisture and short-handled shovel for additional effort.
